Shipping Fees:
- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over 50 dollars (before taxes and shipping fees).
- Shipping fees for orders under the free shipping threshold will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery method and location.
International Shipping:
- We currently do not offer international shipping (or specify the countries/regions if you do).
- If you are located outside of our shipping area, we suggest using a freight forwarding service.
Order Tracking:
- Once your order has shipped, we will provide a tracking number (if available) so you can track your order’s status online. You can track your order through the carrier’s website.
Shipping Restrictions:
- We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, military APO/FPO addresses, or international addresses at this time. Please provide a valid physical address when placing your order.
Undeliverable Packages:
- If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, or if the carrier is unable to deliver the package, you may be required to pay a re-shipping fee.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
- If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and provide a solution.
